PLEASANTLY Surprised, all the way around! Items arrived on time, even though we were down to the wire for pre-Christmas delivery. I was nervous when I only received one of two items, so I emailed hoverboardusa, not expecting a reply… Received a prompt and courteous reply explaining that the second item was on its way, including separate tracking info. The hoverboards have supplied MANY hours of fun to my daughters. We have had NO issues whatsoever, technical or otherwise. Quality is exceptional, in my opinion. They even came with plenty of charge so the girls could start playing immediately after finding them under the tree!

Shipping was fast, Hoover board seems to be of good quality thus far. Son opened on Christmas and has been enjoying ever since. The only con is the battery doesn’t seem to hold charge as long as stated. The first day of using the kids had to recharge multiple times throughout day and they were just riding around in house. I can’t imagine they were going anywhere near 12 miles between charges?
