*Shipped from UK warehouse, it takes approximately 5-7 working days to receive your e-bike. (Remote areas and islands are excluded from delivery.)

If your order is shipped by BJS carrier, the delivery person will contact the recipient twice by phone to reserve a delivery time.

You have to bear the re-delivery cost:

You need to pay the re-delivery cost. To avoid the cost of re-delivery, you can call the delivery person and ask your family or neighbors to sign for the package if you are inconvenient to sign the package at that time.
If you change the delivery time between 24 hours from the agreed delivery time, the re-delivery cost will be incurred. (For example, if you reserved a delivery at 1 pm today, your reserve request was made after 1 pm yesterday).
